4. Each user can only claim one 20 USDT Welcome Bonus. 
5. The 20 USDT welcome bonus reward will be credited into your Bitflex wallet within 24 hours during business hours.
6. You will need to trade a minimum of 0.05 BTC or 1,000 USDT in volume to qualify as eligible to withdraw the 20 USDT welcome bonus. Failure to do so will result in you being unable to withdraw your 20 USDT welcome bonus.

I have already signed up and performed Advanced Verification (KYC2). How did I not receive $20 in my wallet?

Answer:

You will need to go to our Bitflex Telegram Group and click on the "Claim $20 Sign Up Bonus" button and submit your email in the form to claim your $20 Sign Up Bonus. Please note that the $20 Bonus will be distributed within 24 hours during business hours.

Question 2:

Why am I not able to submit for withdrawal when I have already reached the minimum trading volume of 0.05 BTC or 1,000 USDT?

Answer:

You will need to go to our Bitflex Telegram Group and click the "Request for Withdrawal" button and submit your email in the form to unlock your withdrawal function to perform a withdrawal. 

Question 3:

What if I've claimed the $20 welcome bonus and deposited $1,000 at the same time. Can I then immediately withdraw the total amount of $1,020?

Answer:
You can only withdraw once you've achieved the minimum trading volume of 0.05 BTC or 1,000 USDT

Question 4:

What if I've claimed the $20 and deposited $100 and then made $100 in profits while trading the $120 whilst at the same time reaching a total trading volume of $800. How much will I be able to withdraw

Answer:  

You will not be able to withdraw any of the profit yet as you've not achieved the minimum trading volume of 0.05 BTC or 1,000 USDT

Question 5:

What if I've claimed the $20 welcome bonus and deposited $100 and then traded the total amount to reach a trading volume of $1,000 even though I ended up losing more than 50% of the value of my account. How much will I be able to withdraw?
