Please follow the step-by-step guide to complete your KYC verification:
- Log In to your Bitflex account. Find the profile icon on the top right corner and click on Settings.
- On the settings page, you will see that your account is unverified right next to your email address. To complete your verification, find the ID verification option and click on verify.
- After you click the verify button, you will be redirected to the verification page, please press the start button when you’re ready.
- To complete your verification, you will need one of the three items (passport, driver’s license, ID card). Select your desired identification document to continue. Make sure that you have the selected document available with you.
- After you select your desired identification document, you will be given an option to upload the document from a mobile phone or from your PC/Laptop. Choose your preferred option.
- If you choose to go for your mobile phone, you will be asked to either enter your email account for the verification redirection link or scan a QR code. Choose your preferred option.
- If you choose to go for the “Send link by email” option, a link will be sent to your email address. Please open that link using your mobile phone.
- On your mobile phone, you will receive an email on your email address. Please click on the “here” button in the email.
- After you click on the “here” button, you will be redirect to the verification portal. Please follow the steps on the portal
- Once you have completed all the steps, you will be asked to close the mobile browser and check your desktop. It will take a few hours for our team to verify your ID. Once your verification is completed, the unverified status on your settings page will be changed to verified.
