How Do I Reset My Bitflex Password?

Note: Withdrawal is not allowed within 24 hours after reset successfully.

1. Go to bitflex.com and hover your mouse on the profile icon in the top right corner. You will see a dropdown menu. Click on Settings from the menu.

2. On the Settings page, find the Password option and click on Change.

3. Enter the Old Password, New Password, and Confirm Password. After you have filled the required fields, click on the Submit button.  

Congratulations! You have successfully reset your password.

Forgot Your Password? Follow These Steps 

1. Go to bitflex.com and click on the Login Button
   
   
   
2. Click on the Forgot Password Button
   
   
   
3. Enter your registered Bitflex email and click on Send Code. A code will be sent to your registered email. Copy and paste the code into the Email Verification Code Field and click Reset Password.
   
   
   
   
4. Once you have entered your New Password and Confirm Password, press on the Reset Password Button.
